Each product at KV Fitness Apparel has an estimated delivery time of 20 business days. Please note that KV Fitness Apparel does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. KV Fitness Apparel will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will KV Fitness Apparel accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. KV Fitness Apparel is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
2. What's your return policy?
Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Yawn. But don’t panic, here at KV Fitness Apparel we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we will get it straightened out.
- We do not currently offer exchanges, just refunds!
- Clearance items and final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean guys; keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods.
- Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut/removed.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return.
To return your product, please get in touch with our support team through email@example.com who will get this sorted for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes, orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package then please go ahead and contact us at email@example.com
4. What should I do if I received a faulty item?
We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team through firstname.lastname@example.org who will get this sorted for you.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges, just refunds! However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know.
